Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
